Shipping
We use Royal Mail to ship our products and should arrive within 48 hours of despatch. If this is not possible, we will contact you and advise you of the delay.
Our system is not entirely automated so downloads purchased for electronic delivery still need manual release by us - you will receive an email with a link to retrieve your product.
We charge shipping based on the weight of the product, and the shipping location - ie. what it actually costs us! We are not in the business of profiteering from postage. Your shipping charge will be confirmed to you before you place your order.

PayPal payments
In processing your credit card, we use PayPal as an escrow agent. This enables usto ensure the payment process is hassle free and gives you the confidence and peace of mind that your card details will be safe and sound at all stages of the process.
You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us.
If you have not used PayPal before, rest assured you do not need to sign-up or register with them at any point. All we use PayPal for is securely taking and storing your card details so we can process your payment.
After your payment has been made
After your details have been taken by PayPal, they charge the card using their established and secure payment processing systems, and send you a receipt confirming the details of the payment. Once we receive confirmation from PayPal that your payment was successful, we despatch your goods.
